Log in to your Account Dashboard to manage your subscription, update payment methods, preview shipments, and more.
To log in:
- Visit Your Dashboard
- Enter your email address and password. NOTE: your dashboard password is not necessarily the same as your App password.
- If this is your first visit, tap First Time Login or Forgot Password.
- Check your email inbox for an email containing a reset link. Please allow up to 5 minutes to receive the email before requesting the link again.
- Log in here using your new password.
NOTE: If you're a longtime subscriber with us and you're not receiving the temporary password, it's possible we do not have your email address on file to send you a temporary password. Please reach out to the Customer Care Team and we'll be happy to assist you with updating your account: Contact Us
To update your password at any time, visit your account and navigate to the Accounts page. You may update only your Dashboard, only your App, or both passwords from here.
