If you did not receive an email with your order confirmation details, please consider the following:
- If you received an alert upon completing your purchase that we could not accept your order for any reason, a confirmation email will not be sent. Any pending authorizations you see reflected in your account will be reversed automatically within 3-5 business days.
- Check your junk or spam folder in your email inbox, and make sure @hookedandcompany.com is added to your "safe senders" list so you continue to receive emails from us.
- Check all inboxes associated with alternative emails you may have unintentionally used to purchase.
- Sign in to your account dashboard using the email address you used to purchase, or select First Time Login/ Forgot Password to have a password reset link sent to your email
- Go to the website to log in, then tap the small "Notifications" bell at the top right of the dashboard view to see all emails we've sent you so far, including your order confirmation.
