You can make changes to your subscription at any time, including initiating a PAUSE on your shipments:
- Log in to your Account dashboard.
- Select Manage under the logo for the subscription you would like to pause
- Select Pause and confirm the desired length of a pause period.
- Your subscription shipments will be paused and an email reminder will be sent when your shipments are set to resume.
- If you wish to pause all shipments, you'll need to repeat this process for each subscription that is listed.
