You can pause your App subscription and/or Practice Pack shipments at any time, allowing you to travel, catch up, take a break, etc. You may pause for up to 3 months at a time. This feature is found by selecting Manage in your App or Practice Pack Subscription in your Account Dashboard.
Select the Pause Subscription toggle switch to initiate a pause for either your App or your Practice Packs. When initiating a pause, you'll be asked whether you'd also like to pause other elements of your subscription, if relevant.
You may return to your dashboard and un-pause/resume shipments at any time, or extend your pause period if needed. To extend a pause, you'd select Resume Subscription, and then Pause Subscription again.
NOTE: Users who subscribed to access the App(s) via their App Store will need to manage their App subscription in the App Store directly.
