If you are not delighted with any book or package, Hooked & Company will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. As acknowledged when you originally ordered, we are unable to provide paid return labels, so you are responsible for paying return shipping costs. All materials must be intact in order to receive a refund. Free gifts are yours to keep.
In order to prevent lost packages we strongly recommend that you choose an insured delivery service and/or a service that provides tracking information, as Hooked and Company is not responsible for returned packages that are not received.
TO RETURN ANY HOOKED AND COMPANY BOOK CLUB PRODUCT, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization code.
- Place the product in its original packaging.
- Place the packaged item(s) in a suitable shipping container.
- Note the return authorization code on the package itself or on a note inside the package to ensure your return is properly attributed to your account.

Please note that, in order to keep our prices low for all members, the credit or refund will reflect the full purchase price of the package you received less the original shipping and handling costs. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the return postage, nor can we accept any returns for any reason after 30 days or packages that are returned without an RA number.
If you ever receive a book from us that’s not in perfect condition, please send us an email with a picture of the damaged product, and we'll send out a replacement at no charge.
Remember, the easiest way to avoid the hassle of returning is to preview your next package of books before it ships in your dashboard or in your regular preview emails. There you can preview, swap, or add additional titles as needed before your package ships.
