If you've received a confirmation email for your purchase, we ask that you please allow 7-14 business days from the order confirmation date for your first shipment to arrive. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as it is available to us. Alternatively, you may log in to your Account Dashboard to view the status of shipments in 'transit', including tracking numbers:
- Visit Your Dashboard and log in if you've set a password already
- If not set up your account yet, enter the email you used to order under Your Account and select First Time Login or Forgot Password to receive a reset link via email
- Locate the subscription you would like to review and tap the down arrow to expand and view Recent Shipments
- Select View Details, then scroll down the page to locate the tracking number
NOTE: Tracking information may not be available for the first part of the package journey. It typically updates when the package arrives at a local USPS distribution center, closer to delivery.
