If you subscribed directly through us (Hooked & Company or Hooked on Phonics/Math), you may cancel your App or Practice Pack subscription at any time, for any reason within your Account Dashboard:
- Log in at https://dashboard.hookedandcompany.com/ using your email address. If you have forgotten your password or you have not logged in before, please tap "First Time Login" or "Forgot password?" and a temporary password will be emailed to you.
- Tap Manage under the subscription you would like to cancel. Note, your App and Practice Packs are listed separately, and must be cancelled separately. This allows you to keep one element of your subscription active if you desire.
- Tap Cancel to cancel a subscription element.
- Answer confirmation questions when prompted, and cancellation is complete. You will not be charged again or shipped any additional packages (if applicable).
A reminder, we do not delete your account or Pack/App progress, so you may come back and reactivate any time by returning to Subscriptions > Manage.
