Within 30 days of purchase, we will accept returns of any product purchased. As acknowledged when you purchased, we are unable to provide paid return labels, so you are responsible for paying return shipping costs. All materials must be intact in order to receive a refund. Accordingly, you must return all program components in their original packaging. Free gifts are yours to keep.
In order to prevent lost packages we strongly recommend that you choose an insured delivery service and/or service that provides tracking information, as Hooked and Company is not responsible for return packages not received. Please allow four to six weeks from the date we receive your package for your refund to be processed.
TO RETURN MERCHANDISE, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
- Email contact@hookedandcompany.com to request a return authorization code.
- Place the product in its original packaging.
- Place the packaged item(s) in a suitable shipping container.

5. Note the Return Authorization Code on the package itself or on a note inside the package to ensure your return is properly attributed to your account.
If your original order was damaged during shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at contact@hookedandcompany.com or by chatting with us here. Please provide your order number, your e-mail address and a picture of the damage.
