When your order is not accepted, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- Your payment method cannot be accepted due to the subscription nature of our product. Prepaid, payroll, and tax refund cards cannot be used for recurring payments. Please try another payment method: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover card linked to your mailing address, or PayPal.
- You have a prior business relationship with us our one of our sister products (Hooked on Phonics/Hooked on Math/Hooked & Co. Book Clubs, formerly Early Moments), which has caused our systems to reject your order. This may be because you disputed an agreed upon charge through your bank, or because you are otherwise not qualified for this offer based on our prior business relationship with you.

Due to the nature of our deeply discounted welcome package offer, we can only offer this discount once per household, and only to new customers. Either you placed two orders during this promotion, or you are an existing customer who already took advantage of this offer. Our system flagged your subsequent order as a duplicate, which was cancelled and refunded immediately. The pending authorization will be reversed automatically in 3-5 business days.
