- Log in to Your Dashboard using your email address. If you have forgotten your password or you have not logged in before, select "First Time Login or Forgot password?" and we will send you an email to create one
- Locate your package subscription on the Subscriptions page and select the down arrow in the Recent Shipment section, if needed
- Locate your recent order labeled as Transit in the Status column and select View Details
- Scroll down to the order details (before the Order Summary) and select the tracking number next to Shipment Tracking
NOTE: Tracking information may not be available for the first part of the package journey. It typically updates when the package arrives at a local USPS distribution center, closer to delivery. Therefore, if the Shipment Tracking section is blank, it is not available yet. You can check back at a later time or wait for your tracking email to arrive. We ask that you please allow 7-10 business days for deliveries.
